What is needed to secure my date?
Once I have all your wedding details I'll send over a contract + invoice via Square to book your date.
Deposits are $500 and your remaining balance will be due 30 days before your wedding date.
Please note that a processing fee of 3.5% will be added to all invoices.
What happens after I book + what is your planning process?
After I receive your signed contract and deposit, I will send you a confirmation to let you know that your date is booked!
I’ll check in with you in the time leading up to your wedding to see if you need any help with getting your timeline together and coordinating the best flow for your wedding day. Once we get a few months away from your date, I’ll send over your planning packet to get all your details in order. This is where you will include all your must have photos, which parts of your day you would like captured, family member details (and who not to photograph together), and everything about your timeline for the day of.
At the 30 day mark, you will send back your completed packet along with your remaining balance. Once I get all your details in order, we’ll coordinate a time to get together and go over your entire wedding day and timeline in extreme detail to make sure that we have everything down exactly the way you have dreamed of.
Once we have your final “seal of approval” on everything, I will link up with your other major wedding vendors to discuss your timeline and make sure that we are all on the same page. This way, when we all get there the day of, we are all ready to roll!
Through out the planning process I will check in periodically to make sure things are going smoothly and that you don’t have any questions along the way. However, if at any time you feel like you need some help, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am here to be a helping hand!
Is there a travel fee?
Travel is free for the first 50 miles (100 miles round trip) then there is a small fee per mile after that. I am based out of Chattanooga, TN.
If your event ends after 10pm and I am traveling for you, a lodging fee of $200 will be applied as well.
What if we need to raincheck or cancel after booking?
In the event that you need to postpone your wedding, your deposit will transfer over to your new date.
There is a no refund policy on client
cancellations.
Date changes are subject to availability.
When will we receive our photos?
It takes about eight weeks to select, edit, and deliver your gallery of photos after your wedding but you will receive an album of previews within 24 hours!
Your gallery will be available in a private, online link where you can view, share and download your photos.
How many images will we receive?
Good news, I don't limit the number of photos that you receive! I take the best photos from your wedding, edit and retouch them, and then send them to you.
Do you deliver RAW files?
You'll receive edited jpeg images in your finished album. RAW files are huge and require professional software to open without crashing your device!
